- Submitting a request through the website, phone or WhatsApp does not create a contract until we confirm an appointment or estimate with you.

- Any visit or diagnosis charge will be explained before the appointment is booked.

- We provide an estimate before starting work. Additional work is only carried out with your approval.
- Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
4. Warranty
We provide a warranty on our workmanship and on parts we supply. The warranty period and conditions are stated on your estimate or invoice. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, power surges, liquid, or repairs by third parties after our service.
5. Your data and devices
Please back up your data before handing over computers, phones or other storage devices. While we take great care and chip-level repair usually preserves data, we cannot guarantee data will survive a repair.
6. Products
Products we supply are covered by the manufacturer's or our stated warranty. Product images and descriptions are for illustration; please confirm specifications with our sales team at sales@iestechnology.com.qa before ordering.
